This is a view of a lane or street in Horni Chrastany, the town in south-western Bohemia where Simon and Vorsila Chada raised their family.

This is another view of the village. Unlike Vodice, where the yellow house #3 is, and which is shaped like an "O" with a chapel in the center, Horni Chrastany just stretches out from an intersection of three roads.

This is the house in Horni Chrastany where Bob Stevenson traced the Chada family to. The people there have lived in it since the 1950s and have no idea of its history or even who lived there before. It's obviously been remodeled recently, and the woman working in the yard didn't seem esprecially friendly. She didn't invite him in or offer to check out the history.
